Shannon Messenger For the KEEPER books I have to revise as I go, because they're SO long and intricate and have so much happening that if I didn't, the draft would be such a mess that I'd never be able to find a way to make heads or tails of it. So it's a very "two steps forward, one step back" kind of process, where the initial draft takes a very long time and lot of work, and then I make up for the lost time in revision, since I've already revised quite a bit before I get there. All of which is to say, I'm still deep in the process and it's hard to gage exactly where I'm at because of the back and forth. But it will hopefully be done soon!
