I really really loved your totally awesome book Dragon Rider I was just wondering if you were ever going to write a sequel too this story? Whatever happened to Firedrake / Sorrel and Ben? Would love to read another story about these very cool characters.

It is done. I am currently editing it with my German editor. It will be called A GRIFFIN'S FEATHER and Anthea Bell will start translating it into English in May latest.

In your answer to a previous question about story elements you drew inspiration for from real-life things you said that "a fire eater in a market place" was one of them for Inkheart. In several different parts in Inkspell Fenoglio says he bases his characters off of real people (namely Mo). So, what I'm wondering is, who did he base Dustfinger off of, if anyone? And did that fire-eater you saw look like Dustfinger?
