Dear Serena, I'm a writer of travel /memoir books and am compiling material for a book about the tradition of humour in Anglo Saxon travel/memoirs. (Others don't seem to have it.) From what seems to be an impressive knowledge of books are there any you could recommend hat would be relevant? - if that doesn't take up any of your time. I'd be so grateful if you could. Hi Anthony, what an interesting question! Personlly, I have n experience of travel or memoir humor. But I think that Bill Bryson has written a few books with funny travel episodes. HI Serena I would like to know if you where thinking of write book three of "Keeping You"? Because I really like the first two books. I was hoping to find out what was the story between the waiter and the lawyer. I hope some day you will go back and tell their story.
