Jacqueline, you grew up in England and then relocated to Southern California. In your mind, is the classified English culture helpful or hurtful to the human spirit?

Jacqueline Winspear Barry, I live for the most part in Northern California, and have for 25 years. In my experience the English culture - and there is not one "English culture, I should add - has done nothing but enrich my spirit. But there's a lot more to enriching the spirit than a given place or culture.
