Is the Chicago Underground #1-6 books under the name Skye Warren rewrites of the Lost Girls under the name Amber Lin or are they they same books just broken into three parts? it says "This part was previously published "" by Amber Lin." so i assume they just got broken down into serials under your other name?

Skye Warren Hi Marishka, thanks for asking about this! When I got the rights back to my Chicago Underground books from the publisher, I revised and expanded them. With the already long books even longer, I knew I'd have to break them into two novels each or three novellas. I chose three novellas because it would be cheaper for readers. I know serials got a bad reputation, but Rough Hard Fierce, the original version, cost $6.99. So whether you purchase the individual pieces (total of $5.98) or the boxed set for $4.99, you're saving money - and of course, getting the expanded version. To put it in perspective another way, my regular price for novels is $3.99. Rough Hard Fierce is more than double the length of two novels, so you're getting an additional novel for only a dollar more. Wild Dirty Secret is even longer so this was the best pricing situation I could work out for readers with this much content. Hope this explains it!
