I just finished Jo Walton's "The Just City" and she quotes you in the front, from "Dogs of Peace." My question -- is that an alternate title or another book?

Ada Palmer "Dogs of Peace" is an alternate title for "Too Like the Lightning." We spent a long time settling on the title for it, and "Too Like the Lightning" was my original title idea but we played around with a lot of others before finally settling back on the original. "Dogs of Peace" was by far my favorite alternate title.
