How do you come up with the idea for your books?

T.J. Klune It depends on the book! The BOATK series came about as a way to remind myself how I grew up. River was an ode to my father. Tell Me It's Real was because I wanted to write a book that was pure crack and threw any kind of common decency out the window. Every day things from the mundane to the extraordinary give me ideas. I just have to figure out how to put them to work =D
