Question number two, which is really a two-parter. If a daemon is born on Earth, do they have their normal daemon form? And are haemon children ever born on the Underworld or Overworld?

A daemon born on Earth would still look like a daemon. Haemons are different because they are half human and half daemon, whereas a daemon is 100% Overworld or Underworld and 0% human/earthly, so they'd still have to do the Void ritual to "unlock" their human-like glamour.
In rare instances, haemons are born in the Overworld or Underworld, typically to a daemon female who got pregnant by a human male on earth and went home before giving birth.

Have you ever said how old the characters were in relation to each other? I know daemons age differently but I always assumed Ash, Lyre, Miysis and Piper were all about the same age but after reading the end of Unleash the Storm and the preview for your next book, I'm getting the impression that Lyre is at least a few years older than Ash?
