I usually snack on something small and sugary (M&Ms or mike & ikes seem to be my go-tos) that way I can treat them like a reward for making certain writing goals (like treating myself to one every time I finish writing 500 words). And lol, on the second question. I have no idea. Maybe the candy helps with that, too? :)

not a question, but I really can't fathom why keeper of the lost cities is not as popular as harry potter. I haven't met one person who only liked them and not loved them my friend made a joke that my other friend would still be talking about them if her house burned down. Your books are awesome?
