In Fated (Pyte/Sentinel #5) Kara is pregnant with sentinel but they are always conceived as twins - is she pregnant with twins (one sentinel and one alpha) or is she pregnant with one boy (both sentinel AND alpha)?

That's part of the storyline, a surprise of sorts, but I will let you know that you are correct. There will be a twin, but the scent of the sibling was stronger and covered the scent of the twin, who has a secret of his own.
