Wow! That's pretty cool. I finished Destiny and couldn't help crying some, but smiling even while the tears spilled. Funny, right? A 30+ year-old man crying at the emotional storm in a book, but it hit me hard. I'm enjoying the "Reawakened" novel now, and would like to know how much of these tales do you pull from study of these cultures? It must be pretty extensive to gather so much.

Colleen Houck I end up studying quite a bit. About a week as I gather my thoughts and then I research as I go too. Recently, I've been reading a lot about Apep the snake. Mythology has always fascinated me and the savvy reader will discern that I mix and match my cultures quite a bit in my stories.
