Do you plan on writing any other books after All the Rage? I love your stuff so much and I can't, just can't, wait for all your books to come out. DO you think the rest of your books will be about the people surrounding King, Doe, Bear, and Thia?

Oh my gosh, you're releasing King ON MY BIRTHDAY!!!! AHHHHH I'M SO EXCITED. I would pay of course but do you think I could get an autographed copy of the book? I'M SO EXCITED!!! Been waiting for King forever. Also is it pre-orderable?
