The prologue is no longer for sale. It was determined that it did not add to the story enough to make up for the increased chance of frustrating readers with an even higher character count.

My favorite thing about this book was the sympathy you created for even the most vile characters. Is there a planned "big bad," or do you plan to continue showing from each point of view? Also, my daughter and I had to take an unplanned, 30 hour road trip, and The Axe and The Throne made most of that trip a great one for us, so thank you.
