I tried to to reach the poor thing but it panicked and ran away.More or less. We stopped at a cafe and I told the waitress to call the Rangers to save the deer. They laughed at me?

Angela Ackerman Yes the fires have been devastating--thankfully this last week we have gotten a lot of snow or rain, and it has helped tame some of the fires so they are more controllable. Where I am, we weren't in danger but some of my family living north of us were in the path. They are all safe now though and the danger has passed.

I'm guessing they did that because they thought it would be near impossible to track a deer, but still, not nice of them to laugh about it. Some people I just don't understand.
