Hi John, It's quite common for me to find a book series that I can enjoy and immerse myself in the world, but it's very rare for me to find a series that I enjoy so much that I add it to the group of my favourites. The Faithful and the Fallen is one of those series. I love the world, the characters, and I'm also quite partial to your writing style. So my question is, do you have any other book series planned?
John Gwynne
Hi Ross,
Great to hear from you.
I'm so pleased that you're enjoying the series so far, and thank-you for the kind words, it's awesome to know that Corban and his companions are making an impression out there.
I do have a new series planned. Wrath, the fourth and final book of the Faithful and the Fallen is due to be published on 17 November this year. Right now I'm working on book one of the new series, working title 'Of Blood and Bone.' It's a trilogy, set in the same world of the Banished Lands, taking place about 100 years after the events of Wrath.
Here's a link to what my publishers had to say about the new series:

Hope that helps.
Thanks again for the kind words, Ross. I really appreciate you taking the time to message.
Best,
John

Hey John, ever felt the joy of being immersed in a series so much you find yourself finishing it faster than you want and then the dreaded realization a great series is going to end? That is how I feel about the Faithful and The Fallen. I am finishing it too fast! But I noticed you have started a new series, "Of Blood and Bone"! Could I ask how many books will it be?

Big fan of Malice, really pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. In the process of getting Valour. The books have a very strong Celtic vibe to them especially Corban's own people. What drew you to this culture in particular rather than the more standard pseudo medieval world of a lot of fantasy universes?

Hi John! Just wanted to let you know I pre-ordered your book a couple of months ago. I am now counting the days for when it will arrive at my doorstep! I am so excited that the story hasn't truly ended! How many books will be in this upcoming series, if you don't mind me asking? Sincerely one of your biggest fans, Ayla
