When naming your characters, how did you know that this name should be the character's name? Like Kelsey Hayes & Lily Young. Did you have other names for them before you decided? Stephanie Meyer wrote in her website that she always wanted to name her daughter Isabella & decided to give that name to the protagonist

Colleen Houck I just perused baby names dot com until I came up with something that fit. Lilliana Young worked because I liked the idea of Amon calling her Young Lily. With Kelsey I loved the first name and chose Hayes based on Madelyn Hayes a character I loved on television played by Cybill Shepherd.
