I was been twice in Ireland, once in Schull and then in Dublin, and I still remember both visits very well. What an enchanting place! And yes, I know a lot of your legends and myths. And Mathew Cullen, who works with me here on many projects is half Irish, half Mexican:)
As for your books - do you want me to send you signed bookplates? You only have to mail your address to twigleg@mac.com and tell us, for which books you need them! much cheaper than sending books to Los Angeles:)

Hi Cornelia. I always thought it was interesting how Capricorn as a villain gives way to the Adderhead as the antagonist of Inkspell and Inkdeath, rather than having a continuous Voldemort-esque force opposing Meggie etc. Did you originally plan to have Capricorn as the 'main' villain throughout all of the Ink series? Or did you plan for there to be a different villain for both the real world and the Inkworld?
