I have two, they go hand in hand... 1) Who has been your hardest character to write, the one who fights you at every turn? 2) Who has been the easiest, your angel child??? As to your questions, characters don't really fight me - because they don't have to. I give them free rein to do as they please. lol. It makes my life as a writer much easier.
That said, some books do come much more easily than others. When You Dare is one of those books. I had such an amazingly good time writing it. Run The Risk also.
I write so many books, I can't really think of any being super difficult unless it was because I was going through a rough time - extra busy, health issues with family, things like that.
