Hi Jeff, I'm a retired Finance professor now writing historical spy thrillers. I have a technical question. Suppose a group of terrorists captured a nuclear reactor (Chooz in northern France). Is it feasible to blow it up with explosives from 1973 and how long would it take to place the charges? Thanks in advance if you can help me on this. Best, Ephraim (Clark)
