How did your collaborations with Janet Evanovich get started, i.e. what drew you together and how were the arrangements made?

Phoef Sutton I've known Janet for many years. I wrote the first screenplay of ONE OF THE MONEY back in the '90s. That movie was never made but we remained friends. A few years ago, when she started writing the FOX & O'HARE books with Lee Goldberg, who is also a friend of mine, I called her to congratulate her on the books' success. During the conversation, she asked if I wanted to write with her too. I jumped at the chance.
