I'm in the middle of your wonderful Rome series and I wondered, what do you think is the best reading order?

Kate Quinn They all stand alone, so really any order will work (though "Lady of the Eternal City" is more of a straight sequel, and works best after "Empress of the Seven Hills." But chronological order--Daughters of Rome, Mistress of Rome, EotSH, and LotEC--is probably best for catching all the various cameos! So glad you're enjoying the series.
