Honestly? My thorough dislike of the Twilight series. Don’t get me wrong, I admire Stephenie Meyer for everything that she has accomplished, but I had some really strong objections to both her writing style and the message that she was transmitting to teenage girls. I wrote some blog posts about it which got a lot of attention – it really boosted my traffic – and when NaNoWriMo came around I decided to sit down and write a book that was the opposite of Twilight. And that book turned into Chemistry.

First off, I think your cover is amazing!! Your story sounds very intriguing even to someone like me who has never read any young adult. My question though I guess would be since you've written "the exact opposite of Twilight" why did you choose to market it into the young adult genre that is dominated by Twilight type books?
