Goodreads asked Lydia Larue:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Lydia Larue Writer's block is a horrible thing to go through. I truly believe that a writer experiences such a block because he or she lacks self-confidence in their writing or themselves.

I do not stop working on the piece. If I find it difficult to pen the scene, I will work on notes for it. For example, I had trouble with one of the scenes in the upcoming novel: Midgard. I brainstormed on where I wanted the scene to go in the document section of Scrivener.
