Hello Miss Paris, I just wanted to say that your book was awesome. I love psychological-thrillers & your book is one of the examples how a great psych thriller should be. The way you portrayed how a strong person changes into a victim, how fear takes over someone's mind; it all was just mesmerizing. So my ques. is that did you study or research about any manipulative, psychotic characters for your book?

B.A. Paris Hi, I'm so glad you enjoyed Behind Closed Doors. I had already read quite a bit about psychopaths before writing but I had no idea that Jack would turn out as he did. He just seemed to create himself as the story went on. It often felt as if he was doing the writing!

I cannot wait for your next book! Behind Closed Doors was THE best book I have ever read!! How were you able to so thoroughly get into the heads of the characters you wrote?? They were completely different types of personalities, and yet you were able to depict their thoughts and feelings in such a complete way! That is what most impressed me about your writing :)
