Hey, I was noodling around Goodreads and just read that you're about to review Judenstaat, so this probably isn't kosher to do, but I'm intrigued by your bio. I spent two years in Hungary (1991-1993) teaching English in Veszprem and wrote an earlier (non-SF) novel that took place mostly there: (Louisa). I'm not a regular good-reads-er and don't know the etiquette, but figured I'd say hi. Can we connect?

Yes, absolutely! I liked Judenstaat a lot, FWIW, and my review will probably be published in mid-January. I am in general fine with authors contacting me about my reviews, unless it is to sic their angry fans at me :) (which does happen every once in a while).
