Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Jay Michael Wright II My most recent release is Talon: The S.S. Trinity and is in pre-order for a release on Dec 31st. Talon is a series I've had in my mind for years. In the novel (estimated release date July 2017) the main character Nicky (aka Talon) becomes a reluctant hero through circumstance. In the prequels, he is a full blown monster at times enjoying the wickedness of terrorizing those who oppose him with his Sire Tessa and Progeny Molly at his side. In this particular story, Nicky tries to kill a Catholic Vampire Slayer, but finds himself forming a bond with her. One of them will die or the Slayer will join Nicky as his new Vampire Progeny. Which will it be?
