Dear Jacqueline. I just finished the last Maisie Dobbs mystery and want to let you know that I just love the entire series. My question is: Will there be more Maisie Dobbs stories in the future? Maisie's future is so ripe with possibility.

This is a common question! I'll probably have to skip other similar questions for the sake of speed. Maisie Dobbs returns in April 2015 in a new series - the first book is entitled A DANGEROUS PLACE.

I love how Maisie is on the cusp of the British class systems' great changes and women becoming more empowered, but also the beginnings of psychology and the introduction of Eastern ideas into the West. When you are writing, how do you hold all these strands together without things unraveling?
