I love the Scorpius Syndrome series, its so different from all other romance series,the world you created it just neat to read. I'm sure you get this a lot, but what inspired you to create this type of story, and the ideas of the people becoming one of three things? I thought that was very interesting.

Thanks! I knew I didn't want zombies. So the question became...how to have bad guys in a post-apocalyptic romance without zombies. And sociopaths, possible serial killers, seemed very intriguing. So...how to make that happen? If the bacteria localizes in the brain, then it could very well create sociopaths.
Sociopaths can range from just a guy without much emotion (who could actually turn out to be a hero) to a crazy blood hungry killer to a brilliant serial killer. So that opened up so many possibilities--without zombies.

When will Winter Igniting be out as an audio book? I can't tell you how many times I've run through a loop of Shadow Falling, Justice Ascending and Storm Warning. I loved the books, the sarcasm and humor and just that much stronger on audio. They are definitely my go to when I'm having a rough day
