This is a great question! In terms of fiction generally, I would have to say Gomez and Morticia Addams. I always loved their chemistry, and they way in which they clearly adored eachother.
In literary terms, my answer would probably be Heathcliff and Cathy from Wuthering Heights. Simply put I think I am fascinated by his brooding allure... Interestingly, I also enjoyed the relationship between Edward and Bella in the first Twilight book - the notion of temptation is a strong, sexy, and often sinful one!
