Brian Freeman Ha ha, oh don't do that! I was sticking to books, and in that context, it's harder than you'd think to find memorable couples with a real relationship that stands the test of time. Honestly, that's why I like the way Stride and Serena have built, struggled, fallen apart, and built again. I try to make them and their relationship feel human and genuine.

Just finished "The Crooked Street." I love the Stride books, didn't care that much for the first two Frost books, but this one is a KILLER. If you don't get all kinds of prizes for this it will be a crime. Is your next book a follow up? When can I expect the sequel of "The Crooked Street?" Carl
