Ehh... I would have to say either Inuyasha x Kagome or Spyro x Cynder.
Reasons for Inuyasha and Kagome - because their relationship was heavily developed over the course of several years and an entire series, not to mention is portrayed in quite a realistic light.
Reasons for Spyro and Cynder... well, first, they're the only draconic couple I know of. Second, it's kind of a taboo Romeo and Juliet or Batman and Catwoman kind of thing and I'm a sucker for that. Third, they lift each other up when they're down. Fourth, the fact that they fought side-by-side makes their bond all the more strong.
