Reghan
Reghan asked Christopher Paolini:

Hello (again)! I've been wanting to write a book about dragons for some time now, and so wanted to ask; what advice you would give a person on writing about dragons? After all, you would know, and I am pretty much clueless.

Christopher Paolini There’s no one way to write about dragons. They’re imaginary creatures, after all. That said, I do think it would be a mistake to ignore their mythological roots. One reason dragons are so powerful (from a storytelling point-of-view) is because of those roots, which include a traditional link to the creation and destruction of the world. But again, feel free to write dragons however you want. If you want silly dragons, have silly dragons! If you want serious dragons, have serious dragons. Heck, there’s nothing stopping you from giving them eight legs. Whatever you do, do it with joy and passion.
