Wow! That's a really good question. (btw, sorry it took me so long to answer it)
I would have to say that my fave fictional couple is Jack Gordon and Sara Thornton from Liz Crowe's Stewart Realty series. They fight hard and love harder. They're not your typical couple by any stretch. They push each other's buttons in good and bad ways, but, in the end, truly illustrate what it means to be loving and loyal through the many trials they face.
