Ooohh, good one! I would have to choose between Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth of Pride and Prejudice, and Sophie and Wizard Howl of Howl’s Moving Castle! P&P was the first book I read that was a straight up romance—previously I thought those kinds of books were boring—so I love it dearly because Elizabeth and Darcy showed how relationships can be interesting. Sophie and Howl are my favorites as well, because I love the humor in their relationship, and the way they work as a team even when we (the reader) don’t know it!
