This site is a little jummbled and I don't think the person in charge has done work on it in a while. I see though that they are getting ready to make improvements so I'm hoping it gets better.
You can request 2 books at a time. After you read the books you post your review and send a message to let the site moderator know you've posted your review (or you can give them your review and they can post it for you). Once you have a review in for a book you can request a new book.
