:) I'm glad you enjoyed it! I can pretty solidly say that there won't be a sequel, but in my mind they have children and get old together, marrying only a few years after she graduates. She becomes a teacher as well!

BUT if you're yearning for more I'm running a feature on my blog called Deleted December all month. Every Wednesday I post a deleted scene or chapter from WITS. The first one is already up!

Sorry in responding so late. I've had a hectic time this holiday season (my maternal grandmother passed the day after Thanksgiving and my twins 5th birthday was the following week). I hope I am able to give feedback. Thanks again for the opportunity.

Tad's actually only 23 as well, so they are both young. I was at a fair last night selling books and 7 people asked my age and told me I looked 16!! I don't think Tad looks younger than his age per say.

I adored writing George--it was a great way to show my sense of humor and why Tad was so wonderful.
Twilight, honestly-- not so much. I read the whole Saga and have seen all the movies. I started writing again shortly after I read the first book, so I feel like I owe credit to Meyer there, but I'm honestly not a fan.

How are you liking Jaz, or not?

I've just started so don't know much about these characters yet.

Just started reading this last night... it’s moving along fairly quickly. I actually love all the characters so far. By all I mean, Vera and Tad lol don't know enough about Jaz yet but she seems nice. I’m a little past the part where Vera and Tad are talking at the church. Tear... felt for Vera when Tad couldn’t run after her after she confided in him.

That was a great scene to write! I used it as the basis for the trailer for the novel...pictures of a moping, hot teacher type (meaning I made him wear a tie!)...aka my husband ;)

Muahaha...indeed. Funny thing, when I started writing it I hated Jaz. I wanted her to be a bad character...I guess we will see if I followed that through...

I wonder at what part you're at...I think I know of what you speak. I added that scene after a beta reader said that the relationship didn't come off as risky enough...

What did you think of the trailer?

Especially because Vera is so shy and Jaz is basically the opposite...hormone driven teen. It makes her pretty amusing at times though.

Yup, the tattoo almost sent Vera over the edge! It gets better with the tattoo and Jaz's commentary. Jaz is really kind of, well, distracted and oblivious! Lol

Ok, so far... I'm almost done with the book! Loving how easily it flows. Just to back track a bit, I loved George! He is a riot, laughed out loud during the Thanksgiving dinner. Jaz is not so bad... a bit annoying at times with the pinky promises and such. I thought it was a bit suspect that she instantly befriended Vera but can't see her having any part in the murders. OK, one person I cannot stand is Jennings, that teacher is a freak lol I would have gladly slapped her a few times for Vera. I think I may dislike her even more than mean girl Lily. The ex-boyfriend is a bit of a jerk… any who… I need to know who this read headed chic is asap!!

I have about 40 pages left :)

I really like this book!!!! I love Vera's character and Tad makes me laugh!

Ah, Jennings--yes, there's always one teachers who is a winner at high school!

Almost done! should finish it on my way back home. The review will be up in a day or two... got a few assignments to complete. :\

I'd say 5"4 brunette, skinny but with curves. She totally rocks skinny jeans because she's not too curvy. I'm thinking Ashley Greene -ish when she has long hair (not Alice like at all).
