Dangerous Hero Addict Support Group discussion

For the January group read, the theme will be A New Leaf. Pick a book by a new author or the first book in a new to you series to nominate. The book can be anything from G to NC-17 rated.

Any group member can participate in nominating and voting for a group read.

The poll will go up on December 15th.

I'm going to vote for Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, since I have never read a whole book by her.

I've actually gotten myself to read a few books by her. Pride and Prejudice was a good one. I've been wanting to read Sense and Sensibility.
Also a book recommend is North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell. I saw the movie first, loved it and went to read the book. Which was a first because I usually can't read the book if I already watched the movie. Loved the book.

I started Pride and Prejudice earlier this year, but didn't finish...so I wouldn't mind reading it

I also wouldn't mind reading Jane Eyre, I just watched the version that came out last year.

Since we are not having a lot of feedback and participation, we will be discontinuing the monthly group reads for a while. Maybe later next year, we'll be able to get them going again. Thanks to everyone who has participated.

If you are interested in reading a book with other members, we do have the buddy reads program, and it will keep going strong.
