Hello, I'm Chien, I come from Vietnam. I'm looking for some books. I want to ask that if I put the book request here, do you think it is legal. I just need electronic books, I can't take hard copy. Thank you.

For U.S. citizens, it is not legal. Sorry.
You can always get freebies from amazon.com for kindle or barnes and noble.otherwise it is not legal.
If you have a Kindle, some books are loanable depending on the author and or publishing company. You can loan a book for 14 days then it is returned to the original owner. If you have a Kindle and are interested in doing this I have quite a few books that are loanable and would be more than happy to loan them out.
