I haven't read either but the plot summary of The Northern Clemency appeals to me more so I'm going with that.

Neither one of these were at my library, so I haven't read either. I'll go with the Lazarus Project.
I'm going with The Lazarus Project but predicted The Northern Clemency would come back in the Zombie round. I seem to recall it was Amazon's book of the year and just missed winning the Man Booker.
I'm reading The Lazarus Project as of this morning, so I'm happy it's advancing. Every other book I've read in the competition is out until Zombie round, so I like still having something to root for.
