What's your overall opinion of the story? Any other topics you'd like to discuss?

I found myself liking this book more than I expected to; glad I read it. I do find myself wondering whether guys who end up in deep cover ops tend to come from such tragic childhoods, or if this is the author's preferred character for her males in LCR.

I loved it, too, Charlene and wasn't expecting to!! Nice surprise.

Good question...I would imagine the men and women committing to this life have to coming from a different place. Not sure if it's the author's device or stemmed in truth.

I liked Mia but I just could not fall into the story like the others.
