2015 Reading Challenge [Closed] discussion

I was sent the first book of this series in a Reddit book exchange. It was a pretty quick read, as was the whole series.

I was not interested in the setting for this one. Beauty as a society achievement was too silly for me and the overall story didn't show enough strong points to balance it.
I didn't read the sequels, did you enjoy them more or less? :)

They seemed to be a bit repetitive. OK, what situation is going to develop for her to have to deal with the group in this title... I still haven't read Extras which is set in the same society but with different characters. I probably will though since I have finished all the others.

I have this on my A-Z list for U but you guys aren't inspiring confidence in keeping it there.

May replace it with Under the Dome...

I am so sorry you didn't like this series! I loved it!! I feel like it definitely represents our society and how looks are so important.

Extras is not as good and does have the same characters (it is just focused on different characters).

I am looking forward to reading these books. I also enjoy books that have such different reviews. I don't know why but it seems to make me more interested.

I adored this one. It was such an interesting take on a classic dystopian!
