I got the whole trilogy from my library. Can't wait to start it. I haven't been able to focus on my other books since I read a preview for this one on Amazon and can't get it out of my head!

I've got the book waiting on my shelf, so I'm excited to start.

I LOVE this series, overall. The first book was good, but the sequels are REALLY good and the third book is pretty epic :) Enjoy!

I agree! I love a good sci-fi and this series is it!

I really really liked this book. I liked twice as much, and I LOVED One of the best conclusions to a series I've ever read! I hope everyone enjoys this. Its very Sci-Fi, very different.

I'm so excited to read this I think I'll start the first book tonight. I got all three loaded onto my kindle (Yay library!)

I started it last night... Oh that opening scene creeped me out!

Yes that first scene is very creepy, remember it well! The only scene in a book I think I've found creepier was in Unwind..the unwinding scene...shudders

Yeah the Unwinding scene is still far creepier then the first scene here but man... I was shuddering the entire time.

It's been a while since I've read this one. I may have to go reread for a bit! ;)

I found the book at the library and on overdrive but I can't start it until I read Unwind. I had that on hold on overdrive and it was auto checked out to me on Thursday.

Hey, this book is in my dining room right now. So as long as they let me renew it and I don't have to take it back this week, I might actually read a BOTM with you guys(this seriously never happens, I'm always behind haha)!

I started rereading this last night! It all makes so much sense on the 2nd read! ;)

I've no idea why I haven't read this one yet since I love sci fi! Will have to make room for it :)

Checked my account at the library and I was able to renew all but one single book. Three guesses which one that is... Guess I will remain behind haha. Happy reading folks!

I'm about halfway through my reread. (view spoiler)[The little bit of instalove annoyed me a little this time around. I guess I get Elder's infatuation because Amy is different and the only female his age. But her almost kissing him kind of came out of nowhere. I really love the sci-fi of this book AND the dystopian aspects!! Those are 2 of my favorite genres!!

Those are my two favorite genres too, Karen! I will be starting this soon.

I am not finished yet (I finished ch. 56). I am enjoying the book so far!

I just finished.... It was... Interesting.. My review really focused more on what pissed me off because I was that mad... I don't know if I'll give it a reread I might try to give the other books a shot since I got them from the library but... I don't know... I wanted to like it so much but it made me SO angry.

Awesome review, Storm! And yup, I felt alot of the same things you did!

But the second and third books are better IMO and I liked them more than the first!

i am on my third book now and I am totally hooked! for me everything is perfect in these series except of Amy... I will be very sad to finish it...

I did start a reread of book 2 last night (view spoiler)[ and the near rape is a big part along with Amy's anger at Elder! (hide spoiler)], Storm. But I totally get it. When a book turns you off, it makes it really hard to continue. Too many other books out there! I've done that to too many to count!

Yeah, thanks for giving me a heads up that at least THAT part has some resolution I just... Don't think I can keep up. Too many books like you said.

Well, because I reread this for our group read, I decided to continue with the entire series! Now I remember why I loved this series so much. It was THAT. ENDING!!! I forgot the main part of the big reveals so I got to experience it all over again! Thanks, everyone, for choosing this book for the group read! I would not have reread it if not for your pick! ;)
