Mages, Warrens and Demons, which do you like/understand best?
Is this one shaping up to be a good one?
Any new characters you're really excited/intrigued by?

I'm just really happy to see the Master of the Deck back in action! YES!!!

Karsa Orlong - still as badass as ever and I find him to be quite funny in this book so far.

The one that is really intriguing me so far is Bottle! This guy is shaping up to be as mysterious as Quick Ben.

And how ominous is the appearance of a dozen sky fortresses in the Imperial Warren! Have no clue how this fits into the whole pantheon war, etc but am keen to keep reading to find out.

Speaking of demons, I love Greyfrog - his mind conversations are funny!

Can someone explain how the jade stuff works?

It's kind of a read and find out sort of thing, the jade statues. It will be explained more thoroughly later. Best you can be told right now is that the jade is associated with The Crippled God.
