When I first started reading KC's books several years ago, I started with her historicals and loved them. It's been a while since I read this series, however what I remember is not being able to put down either book. Would I reread this series? That's a definite YES and definitely recommend it!
It took me a while before wanting to read her IAD series because I wasn't sure I would like her writing in a different genre. I didn't start reading the series until Lothaire was released. What I have discovered is regardless of the genre, I love her books and would recommend any of her series.
I love the adventure and sexual tension that KC writes in her books. I love that she makes each book unique to the characters. I think you would like this series if you like KC's writing style.

Like Ora I loved both the Sutherland Brothers and the MacCarrick Brothers historical series. Both have her humour and have reread both series a number of times. I found them after IAD as I wanted more of KC and was not disappointed.

IAD series are one of my favorites.
But I love KC's writing style so I'd try out anything she writes.
MacCarrick Brothers and Sutherland Series are different from IAD but KC's writing style is still in there. I'm not a much of a historical fan but I enjoyed these two. And I preferred MacCarrick Brothers over Sutherland series.
