The letter Emma wrote to Evan's mom- what do you think it said? Why does Evan have it but hasn't read it?

I want in on this discussion even though this book left me devastated. Is the letter out there somewhere?
this was the best book ever...we better find out bout that letter in book 3
I love this series. Definitely gives you a lot to think about. I too am curious to know what was in the letter. I was so frustrated with the choices that Emma made throughout the course of the second book and was not happy with its abrupt end. I only hope that she finds a happy ending in Out of Breathe. Of course I hope that it is with Evan but the teasers lead me to believe that may not be the case. Still can't wait to read the last book!
I really hope her happy ever after is Evan, she so deserves him and he loves her so much.
I think Evans mom knew how much Evan meant to Emma, so if Emma said something in the letter telling Vivienne not to allow him to follow her, she would have trusted that it was in Evan's best interest. I think that's what was in the letter: Emma explaining how much she loved Evan and how she wants the best for him and then something along the lines of "I'm not good enough for him."
