Twilight VS. Harry potter discussion

IDK...what do you people say?

I know that they couldn't make a deal about their deaths, but saying, "The world couldn't go on because Fred was dead," but not doing anything, like breaking down into tears is not making a big deal about it. I've seen deaths in many stories, and their deaths were far more climactic than the ones in Harry Potter! Wait, why am I getting mad at the book that I support in this group? I'm a weirdo. I just loved Fred so much!!!

Authors always seem to kill twins, it's like they think "well Ive got two of them"
It sucked when Fred died, seriously depressing.

:( I didn't. I never cry for fake things... I just stopped reading and walked around in shock for a while. It was weird.

I don't really know. I often do that whenever a character I love dies. It's my way of showing I'm sad instead of crying.

I cried. And I cried when Dobby died, and in Snape's memories, about Lily dying.

I hated the fact that she killed fred! I liked him! I got a little sad over dobby dying, thats all.

and my favorite part was this:

"Bellatrix was still fighting too, fifty yards away from Voldemort, and like her master she dueled thre at once: Hermione, Ginny, and Luna, all battling their hardest, but Bellatrix was equal to them, and Harry's attention was diverted as a Killing Curse shot so close to Ginny that she missed death by an inch-

He changed course, running at Bellatrix rather than Voldemort, but before he had gone a few steps he was knocked sideways.

" NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU B*TCH!"

Mrs. Weasley threw off her cloak as she ran, freeing her arms. Bellatrix spun on the spot, roaring laughter at the sight of her new challenger.

"OUT OF MY WAY!" shouted Mrs. Weasley to the three girls, and with a swipe of her wand she began to duel. Harry watched with terror and elation as Molly Weasley's wand slashed and twirled, and Bellatrix Lestrange's smile faltered and became a snarl. Jets od light flew from both wands, the floor around the witches' feet became hot and cracked; both women were fighting to kill.

"NO!" Mrs. Weasley cried as a few students ran forward, trying to come to her aid. "Get back! Get back! She is mine!"

Hundreds of people now lined the walls, watching the two fights, Voldemort and his three opponents, Bellatrix and Molly, and Harry stood, invisible, torn between both, wanting to attack and yet to protect, unable to be sure that he would not hit the innocent.

"What will happen to your children when I've killed you?" taunted Bellatrix, as mad as her master, capering as Molly's curses danced around her. "When Mummy's gone the same way as Freddie?"

"You-will-never-touch-our-children-again!" Screamed Mrs. Weasley.

Bellatrix laughed, the same exhilarated laugh her cousin Sirius had given as her toppled backward through the veil, and suddenly Harry knew what was going to happen before it did.

Molly's curse soared beneath Bellatrix's outstretched arm and hit her squarely in the chest, directly over her heart.

Bellatrix's gloating smile froze, her eyes seemed to bulge: For the tiniest space of time she knew what had happened, and then she toppled, and the watching crowd roared, and Voldemort screamed."

Bellatrix is defeated! NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU B*TCH!!

my favorite part in twlight was when bellas dad found out about the motorcycles and my fav part in hp is when ron cusses and when fred and george pull all thoes AWESOME PRANKS on prof. umbrige in the 5th book

In Twillight i really like Rosalie's story. In harry potter i liked it all. But i really liked every moment when Ron and Hermione were mad at each other.

XD awesomeness, one of my favorite parts was when Ron was under the love potion in the sixth book :D

My favorite part of Twilight was when Bella and Edward were eating in the diner talking and Bella was trying to figure out what Edward was. My favorite part of Harry Potter was when Harry found he was a wizard. It started it all. The funniest part of Harry Potter was when George became 'holey'

"How do you fee, Georgie?" Whispered Mrs. Weasley.

George's fingers groped for the side of his head.

"Saintlike," he murmured.

"What's wrong with him?" Croaked Fred, looking terrified. "Is his mind affected?"

"Saintlike," repeated George, opening his eyes and looking up at his brother. "You see... I'm holy. Holey, Fred, geddit?"

Dobby's death was the saddest for me.

That was probably the part when I had to put the book down so i wouldn't get tears on it... :'(

I didn't cry.... but i was deffinetly closest to it when Dobby died.

It was just that through the whole series he had been kind and innocent. And he really loved Harry and proved he would die for him. Thats what made me cry.

He would die for him? He did!!

Hp- WHY DOES EVERYONE DIE? My fav part is when...hmm...IDK! My LEAST fav part is when Dobby dies. So sad and touching. *Bawls uncontrollably*

TWILIGHT- Fav part: When Jacob says the he's "HAWTER" than u to Edward. FUNNY! And SOOO true

Least fav part: when Jacob kisses Bella in eclipse. JACOB IS MINE!!!!!
