My options for a next read would be: To the Lighthouse or Mrs Dalloway.

Amy I want to finish Orlando and then join you with Mrs. Dalloway if others are interested in that one?

Kathleen (k8mcgowan) | 6 comments Always looking for a reason to re-read Mrs. Dalloway. :)

julyrain | 1 comments I'm new to "hard literature" and my first attempt at reading Woolf's novel Mrs. Dalloway was discouraging. I'm not a native speaker, but I'm trying hard to acquire the nuances of the language. Following the recommendations from a thread I came across with, I think I should start off with A Room of One's View.

Charisse (baldoria) | 6 comments Started reading Mrs. Dalloway after having read A Room of One's Own. Shall we begin a Mrs. Dalloway discussion group?

message 6: by Glenna (new)

Glenna I am currently halfway through Mrs. Dalloway. I would be thrilled to discuss this in a group setting.

Charisse (baldoria) | 6 comments Wonderful! I wanted to make sure I asked first. I'm willing to start the discussion on a separate thread. I will post it some time today. Everyone interested, please chime in with your thoughts!

Hi and welcome, as a teacher who is becoming a dad soon I am a bit busier than usual :). Charisse, could you take lead? I can add extra information or thoughts.
