Even thoughI live & review in Hawaii, I do have an English Amazon account, yet they always tell me it is unavailable to me. So I go and click on the look that is attached to the book, up it pops, hit file and save, then minimize the 'sample of the whole book shown', so I can read it later when it is in it's right place in line. Pain in the shorts but you do have to learn how to manipulate these systems.
