One day when the two girls were walking home from school together, they were kidnapped. The kidnappers wanted a large ransom for Daniela, but they saw Char as worthless because her family was struggling to pay rent so they poisoned her with a new radioactive nuclear poison and left her for dead in a warehouse. When she awoke she had super strength and was extremely smart. She took up a secret identity and became a super hero called the Scarlet Strength until she was given a chance to come to the academy.

Odette is a odd creature, you would of though after having such a long life as she, she would have gotten over loving the teenage party life, but it would seem not, she loud, playful due to the fact she's always playing tricks and is the first one to say yes to a game. She reckless and wild, she does every to excess, be it drinking, substance abuse, those are just to name a few, but she is a lovely girl, if you find a friend in her, you have a friend for life, she is one of those people who would willingly lay down their life for another.
She finds it difficult to trust people, but being an immortal you begin to understand why, she has encountered many people and situations in her life which have led her to be cautious in some areas, but most of the time she is still as reckless as a teenager.
{{History: Odette's mother was tricked by a greater demon, {Sanakun} who had disguised himself as her husband, this lead to the consummation of Odette. Little did Odette's mother know her real husband was lying dead in a distant field from their home, hidden in a ditch filled with water.
Once Sanakun knew Odette's mother was pregnant he revealed his true self to her, this is when Odette's life was doomed. After the nine months, Odette was born and within hours her mother had attempted to drown her, but her attempts did not work since Odette actually burned her own mother with her own pyrokinesis. Odette lived a horrible existence, being abused every other day, bruises never left her skin.

History: she was born amongst demons, but was always an outcast because of her looks. Her parents moved into the human world so she wouldn't be tormented by the other demons. She went to a human school when she was invited to the academy.

She was going to marry Haldin (general of Loth Lorien's armies) but he died in Elm's Deep. Her brother loved her and gave her attntion when her father didn't and would stand up to her. Legolas seemed to abandoned her when he left to stop Seyron, then he went around Middle Earth with Cimli the dwarf and when he left she felt very alone. She deicided to start a new live on Earth, so was very excited when she got an invitation to the academy.
