*SPOILERS FOR OPAL*
I think the majority of the book will be spent trying to get Kat out of the DOD. I don't think the DOD erases her memories but I think they might change them so she hates the Luxens and Daemon or something and she thinks she loves Blake(ugh)
Also, her poor mother. What on earth will they tell her about Katy being captured? Do you think they will tell her everything?
And poor Dee... I bet she regrets giving Kat the silent treatment...
And Daemon will get so mad. He won't stop until he gets Katy back. I hope the majority of the book isn't spent getting Katy out and it's only the first half or whatever. But I think something else will happen, because once they get her out there won't be anymore problems, so something has to happen to her, like the thing I said about her memories being changed...kind of like *Peeta in the third hunger games book where he hates Katniss*
What do you think will happen?
Also, wouldn't it be amazing if Katy was pregnant (although I seriously doubt it) but like as she was captured and everything it would be amazing. That could be like the last book, Katy is pregant and the DOD want the baby (or triplets?) to study human&alien baby DNA or something. But that probably wouldn't happen. LOL

guys what if her mom already knows about all the alien stuff and she helps them get katy back that be cool she would be a cool mom

OMG!!!! I've been wondering if she would get pregnant for like the past two books!! *Looks around at all the staring people* *'What??!! I have no life!'* I've also been wondering if Katy was a special and really powerful mutant. The way that Blake and his uncle were staring at her in shock in Onyx made me curious. O.o What if she can break herself out?! And can't Daemon and Katy talk in each others' minds?!! Why don't they just do that??!! I got a little suspicious of Mathew too but I really hope he doesn't go all evil! I wish I could kick Flake's (Blake) a** myself! But I'll settle for a close second of reading about Daemon doing it! Or even Katy I guess.
I agree with Sophia. Sorry, I only have my mobile for now. Although I have to say if she is nice she might let Katy escape at the end then attack Daemon if her memories were changed. Although I hope she does not do that. Because over all, I rather know that Katy is in a prison hating Daemon. Than it cut off with Katy attacking Daemon.
And Shymaa has a good point too.
It would also be horrible if Katy got tortured with Daemon and Dee watching Katy. Just to torture them inside. That might be a heart wrenching scene to read.
So many possiblities. I have some gut feeling that it will be an ending that you will read over and over again because of how heart breaking it is.

Or to make it worse for us (The dedicated fans), the DOD may torture Katy infront of her mother.
Too much mentions of torturing? You know she may have it. Although I wish it would not have any because I do not want to read it. One, it would be heart breaking. Two, I have not thought of a second reason.
So I am hoping that there will be no torturing so I won't be sobbing while eating ice cream and sweets. Then sob while my friends stare at me oddly and hand me tissues as I sob while talking. Hey, I cry over weird things. I can not help it.
But I will still read and be a dedicated fan even if it has torturing. Which it probably will. You should have seen me for the other books. I was staring at the books in shock.
I just have some many ideas on what could happen. Can not wait until Orgin is available so I can sob over how Jennifer L. Armentrout is a great writer.

Although none of my ideas are nice. None. I get that from my family. But I hope Katy reunites with Daemon and Dee. That is all.
The thing I'm most curious about is Katy's mother. How she is going to react when she realises Katy is gone, and if Daemon and the others are going to tell her or interact with her at all...
And, of course, Hunter. I want to see Hunter again.

I did read obsession before I added my comment but what made me think that Katy could be pregnant was the fact that she's not human. She's been mutated and her DNA has been altered so it would be totally possible. If she can get powers from an alien why can't she get knocked up by one?
